Delete your account

You can delete your I Know What You Want account and all the data stored for it on our servers at any time. There is no password or email to remember: the account is anonymous and lives on your phone.
Delete it in the app (takes a few seconds)
- Open I Know What You Want.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account & data.
- Confirm. The data is deleted right away and you are signed out.
No longer have the app? Ask us by email
Write to info@primaire.us with the subject "Delete my account". So that we can find your anonymous account, tell us the name you used in the app, your partner's name in the app (if you were linked), and your wishlist share link if you ever shared one. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name and theme.
- Your pair with your partner.
- The moods you set, your wishlist and your private "I'm on it" marks.
- Your wishlist share link (the web page stops working).
- Your push-notification token and notification settings.
What is kept
- Replies you wrote on your partner's moods are stored inside those moods and are deleted when your partner deletes their account.
- Analytics events are not linked to your account, so they cannot be found or deleted per person.
